1. Blend (max 1 minute) soy milk and ground almonds until the mix turns smooth.

2. Add olive oil, sugar, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, and yeast.

3.Blend again for a minute.

4. Now add coconut oil and blend it for 1-2 minutes.

5. Wait for 2-3 minutes and then fill it into the jar.

6. You can also fill the mix into a tub or silicone ice trays.

7. You can freeze it for longer shelf life.
