Research Reveals That Plant Protein is Healthier than Meat, Lowers Mortality Risks

In a recent study by Men’s Journal, it was found that seitan has higher protein than steak. For instance, seitan has over 70 grams of protein in 100 grams, and steak has 25 grams in 100 grams. Also, seitan has lower fat content than meat. Seitan has higher calcium content, 28% iron, and 6% magnesium in comparison to steak.
