1. Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients you will need to make this flavorful salad are lemon juice, olive oil, chopped parsley, salt, pepper (to taste), Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. In a bowl, mix mustard, garlic, and lemon juice.

Whisk everything together, and add chopped parsley and fresh basil. Add salt and pepper accordingly and whisk again. Try this delicious dressing on steamed vegetables or pasta.

2. Ranch Dressing

Thi ranch dressing can be served as a dip with finger foods. To make this dressing, you will need white wine vinegar, garlic powder, ground black pepper, fresh chives, unflavored plant-based milk, soft silken tofu, and dried dill weed. In a blender, mix all the ingredients and season it with salt and pepper.

Blend until it turns creamy and smooth. You can keep this dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. If you are not using silken tofu, then you can add cannellini beans as a substitute.

3. Creamy Italian Dressing

It is a creamy dressing prepared with canned chickpeas and can be drizzled over salads or grain bowls. In a blender, mix canned chickpeas, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, yellow mustard, crushed, and dried Italian seasoning. Blend until it turns smooth. Let it chill until ready to serve.

4. Raspberry Vinaigrette

Raspberry Vinaigrette is a perfect homemade dressing and a great choice to serve on the nutty salad. Take fresh or frozen raspberries, cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, vegetable oil, and sugar. In a blender, mix all the ingredients except oil to form a puree. Now add oil to form a smooth dressing. Shake the dressing before serving.

5. Wasabi Orange Sauce

Wasabi Orange Sauce is a perfect salad dressing for packed lunch. You will need peanut butter, low-sodium tamari, prepared wasabi paste, and peeled oranges.

In a blender, blend all ingredients until they turn smooth. Cover and chill for 40-45 minutes before serving.

These vegan salad recipes are packed full of fresh ingredients and can be served as a dressing, dip for veggies, and burrito.
