If you are a coffee lover and a vegan, then you would be amazed to know that Starbucks is soon launching new vegan coffee creamers made with almond and oat milk. It is especially launching this for vegans. It is adding its first vegan-friendly products to one of its centers in the US.
The dairy-free creamers would be available in two flavors - caramel and hazelnut. The caramel flavor is inspired by Starbucks Caramel Macchiato. It includes buttery caramel and vanilla flavor.
And hazelnut flavor is inspired by Starbucks’ Hazelnut Latte. It includes hazelnuts and is a great addition to the menu.
These coffee creamers would not only be dairy-free but would also be free from gluten, soy, and peanuts (which could be allergic to some). Earlier, Starbucks rolled out almond-milk and coconut-milk at different locations nationally.
In 2017, Starbucks CEO, Kevin Johnson revealed that Starbucks was planning to make more plant-based options. People are looking for more plant-based diet options now and then due to its several health benefits. In 2018, Starbucks offered a vegan version of Pumpkin Spiced Latte.
Nestle’s General Manager for Creamers Portfolio, Jason Merideth said,
"The launch of Starbucks Non-Dairy Creamers builds onto Starbucks’ entry into the creamer category last year."
He further added,
“It’s the latest example of innovation from the Nestlé and Starbucks global coffee alliance, which combines the well-loved flavors and premium coffee of Starbucks with Nestlé’s authority in the creamer category. The new Starbucks Non-Dairy Creamers bring consumers an exciting new way to enjoy coffee at home, particularly as non-dairy creamers are poised to continue growing in popularity.”
In the midwest and California, people can order two newly flavored drinks, Cold Brew with Cinnamon Oat Milk foam and Cold Brew With Dark Cocoa Almondmilk Foam that was launched in June. Not only this, but it also added its first plant-based meat option to its menus.
You can get delicious coffee creamers everywhere, but when it comes to Starbucks, something should be special. It is adding non-dairy options to its existing flavors.
No doubt, these two flavors would become a favorite beverage of coffee lovers soon. Also, it is believed that the vegan flavors' market would make a strong impact in the coming years. You can taste these yummy beverages from August.
