5 Easy-to-Make Delicious Vegan Tacos Recipes Even Meat Lovers Would Want to Try

Vegan recipes are getting popular for several reasons. Nowadays, people prefer to have vegan foods in restaurants and cafes and are avoiding animal consumption in any way.

Vegan recipes, like whole roasted cauliflower and spicy vegan Oaxacan bowl, have become people's favorites and can be seen served at different parties. Similarly, vegan tacos are gaining popularity and are added to the menu list of several restaurants.

1. Vegan Tacos

To make vegan tacos: you would need nearly 850g of drained and rinsed black beans, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, pepper flakes (optional), extra virgin olive oil, corn tortillas, cooked kernels, avocado, finely chopped red onion, and celery.

Heat oil in a pan and add beans, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and other spices. Cook over medium flame for 5-7 minutes. Heat the tortillas according to instructions. Take a tortilla and add black beans first. Then add kernels, avocados, chopped onion, lemon, and vegan sour cream. Eat it fresh.

2. Crispy Tofu Tikka Masala Tacos with Peppers and Onions

To make this yummy treat, you would need corn tortillas, bell peppers, red onions, fresh cilantro, and Tikka seasoning. To prepare Tofu: take 1tbsp cornstarch, 1tbsp spice mode tikka seasoning, and 7 oz, firm tofu.

For the crema, take soaked cashews, fresh lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and spice mode Chilifire seasoning. Prepare tofu by preheating the oven to 400 degrees.

Line a baking sheet and cut the block of tofu. Toss the tofu cubes with Tikka seasoning. Arrange the tofu on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until it turns crispy. Place the above ingredients detailed in a blender to make crema. Blend the ingredients until smooth.

Adjust the amount of pepper and Spicemode Chillfire Seasoning. To prepare Tacos, heat cooking oil in a pan and add vegetables to it. After the tofu is baked, you need to remove it from the oven. Add sauteed onion and pepper mixture. Grill corn tortillas and add a layer of onion pepper mixture in the center. Garnish it with chopped cilantro and enjoy it hot.

3. Tacos with Fresh Mango Salsa

Take beans of your choice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, olive oil, white onion, ground coriander, ground cumin, bell peppers, ripe mango, lime juice, chopped fresh coriander, coconut yogurt, hot sauce, and tortillas. Preheat the oven to 180C. Slice bell peppers into strips and place in a bowl.

Rinse the beans and add them with bell peppers. Add olive oils and spices and mix well. Put the mixture on a tray. Slice onions and bake them for 15-20 minutes. To make mango salsa, take diced mango and coriander, and lemon juice. Mix them well. Take tortilla wraps and add the bean and pepper mixture and other toppings you like.

4. Raw Strawberry Mango Avocado Tacos

If you are looking for an innovative recipe that would be loved by all, then you must try this delectable treat prepared with strawberry and mango. Take one avocado, washed and patted lettuce leaves, salt, strawberries, mango, jalapeno pepper, chopped cilantro, and fresh mint. Place the lettuce leaves on the serving platter.

In a bowl, mix avocado, lime juice, jalapeno, onion, and salt. Combine it well and spread it on lettuce leaves. In another bowl, toss mango, strawberries, and herbs. Spread on lettuce leaves and enjoy.

5. Sweet Potato Tacos with Avocado Salsa

For tacos, you would need sweet potatoes, onion powder, garlic, salt, ground cumin, corn tortillas, black beans, and olive oil. To make the salsa: take one lime, cilantro, a pinch of kosher salt, and ripe avocados. Now heat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut sweet potatoes and place them on the baking sheet after tossing them in olive oil.

Add onion powder, garlic, cumin, and salt to coat. Bake for 15-20 mins. Remove the oven and keep it aside. For salsa, cut avocados in half and scoop them with a spoon. Mice cilantro, lime, and salt, and add to avocados. Now heat tortillas and top them with sweet potatoes, salsa, and black beans. Finish it with spinach, extra lime, hot sauce, and radish.
