1. Trail Mix

Trail Mix is a combination of dried fruit, granola, and sometimes chocolate. It is considered as the best snack when you are going hiking. It is lightweight, nutritious, and provides a quick energy boost.

You can buy it from the market or prepare at home by mixing dried fruit, seeds, rye chips, peanuts, baked soybeans, shredded coconut, and nuts of your choice. Seeds are rich in magnesium, vitamins, and minerals. Take nuts and dry roast at home to add toastiness.

2. Cashew No-Bake Snack Bars

This vegan snack can satisfy your hunger. It is prepared from dried pineapple and coconut. To make bars, you will need dried pineapples, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seed butter, 1tsp vanilla, parchment paper, shredded coconut, and cashews. In a blender, blend ingredients (except coconut) until they stick together.

On a parchment paper, spread the batter. For the icing, mix lime juice, maple syrup, coconut oil, or butter. Spread the mix on bars and refrigerate it for 30-45 minutes.

Slice the bars into squares and drizzle more syrup. Garnish it with shredded coconut and eat whenever you are hungry.

3. Pan Fried Cinnamon Bananas

Pan-fried cinnamon bananas are healthy and can be prepared with only three ingredients. Take slightly overripe bananas, sugar, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg (optional). Cut the banana into rounds.

In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon powder. Warm it over medium heat. Sprinkle cinnamon mixture on banana and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Your pan-fried cinnamon bananas are ready to eat.

4. Pumpkin Cake Pops

This delicious vegan snack is free from butter and is prepared with grain-free coconut flour. To make pumpkin cake, you would need 1 cup of coconut flour, ½ cup of pumpkin puree, cinnamon to enhance its flavor, and granulated sugar.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Celsius and grease a baking tray. In a bowl, mix coconut flour, cinnamon, and puree. Combine the ingredients and make small bowls.

Place the balls on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove balls from the oven and let it cool before serving.

5. Honey Almond Caramel Popcorn

This vegan snack is delicious as it sounds. It is easy to make and a perfect munching snack when you are watching a movie. To make this yummy dish, you would need freshly popped popcorn, unsalted butter, honey, salt, baking soda, vanilla extract, lightly salted almonds, and brown sugar.

Preheat the oven to 250C. Mix popcorn and almonds in a bowl. Take a saucepan and melt butter. Add sugar, honey, and salt over medium heat. Now, stir the baking soda and vanilla extract. Quickly pour this mix on popcorn and cover it with caramel mixture.

Divide the mix into two parts and spread on a baking sheet. Bake it for 40-45 minutes. Make sure that you stir popcorn after 15-20 minutes. Remove popcorn from the oven and sprinkle salt. Let it cool.
