1. Sugar-Free Chocolate Cookie with Raspberries

These yummy chocolate cookies are oil-free, soft, fluffy, and quick to make. The ingredients you will need to prepare chocolate cookie are cocoa powder, ripe bananas, baking powder, frozen raspberries, almond milk, and all-purpose flour.

To make cookies, mash the bananas & add cocoa powder and almond milk. Now, add the flour and raspberries. Combine them to form a dough. Now add the frozen raspberries. With the help of ice cream scoop, scoop the batter on the tray that is lined with parchment paper.

Bake the cookies for 20-25 minutes. Let them cool and serve them with tea or coffee.

2. Cranberry Almond Energy Bites

These delicious energy bites are gluten-free and contain no unwanted preservatives. They are full of flavor and a healthy snack for everyone.

You would need almonds, cranberries, coconut, vanilla, maple syrup, and rolled oats. To make the dough, add oats, cranberries, oats, vanilla, and maple syrup to the bowl. Blend all the ingredients. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 20-25 minutes. Make small balls and roll the ball into the coconut.

3. Blackberry Icecream

It is a gluten-free, quick dessert, and contains low-calories. Slice the ripen bananas and arrange them on a tray. Make sure that you cover the tray with the parchment paper. Freeze the bananas for 2-3 hours or overnight. Now, blend the bananas in the food processor until they turn smooth.

Now, add blackberries into the mixture. Decorate the mix with chopped nuts and with anything you want and serve it immediately. This delicious ice cream contains 25g carbohydrates, 5mg fiber, and 19mg calcium.

4. Raw-Salted Caramel Slices

For some, it is hard to believe that this delectable slice is purely vegan and raw. These healthy caramel slices consist of three layers. One layer is filled with cashew vanilla, second is filled with almond crust, and the last layer contains fig-based caramel topping. For the crust, you would need dates, soaked almond, and desiccated coconut.

For the vanilla filling, you would need dates, vanilla paste, soaked cashews, and desiccated coconut. For the caramel filling, you would need raisins, dates, and dried figs.

Pulse the almonds and transfer them to a small bowl. Pour the mix in the desiccated coconut and mix well.

Place a baking paper in the cake tin and pour the dough evenly for the crust. Place the dough in the freezer. For the vanilla filling, mix all the ingredients. Take the dough out of the freezer and pour the vanilla filling to it. Make sure that you spread the fillings evenly. Keep the container in the freezer again.

For the salted caramel, blend the ingredients to form a thick paste. Pour the batter on the top of the dough and let it freeze for overnight.

5. Ginger Maple Miso Icecream

When sweet and salty combines together, it gives a rich and savory taste. The unique flavors of ginger, maple syrup, and coconut milk give amazing flavors to icecream.

In a small bowl, whisk 1tbsp miso, coconut milk, and 2 tbsp tapioca starch. On the medium flame, pour coconut milk (remaining) into a saucepan. Add starch mixture and miso into the saucepan.

When ice cream is processing, add ginger into the mix. Add more ginger when ice cream is formed. Garnish the ice cream with ginger.
