Turn the corn so that it gets evenly cooked. Transfer the corn to a plate and remove the husks. Apply butter and again grill it for 3-4 minutes. Now brush Cilantro Lime Ranch Crema and sprinkle chili for better taste.

2. Grilled Plantain

You would never know how delicious it is until you taste it. Grilled Plantain is eaten majorly in Central and South America. Banana is used in every stage of ripeness.

It can be fried, broiled, grilled, or stewed. Slice the unpeeled banana lengthwise and place it on the oiled grill for 10-15 minutes. Now glaze it with a mix of butter and sugar.

When you serve it, squeeze lime juice and chili flakes. To make it look appealing, serve Grilled Plantain with vanilla ice cream.

3. Aubergine Kebabs With Charred Onion Salsa

Take 3sliced (lengthwise) Aubergine, 1/2tsp ground cinnamon, 2tsp cumin, 2-3 cups of pomegranate molasses, finely shredded mint leaves, 4tbsp olive oil, 2tbsp pepper flakes, crushed garlic, round cut onions, and 2tbsp lemon juice.

Sprinkle salt on both sides of Aubergines. Allow them to sieve for 30 minutes. Now rinse them. To make salsa, place the onion rings on the barbecue and let them cook for 10 minutes. Chop them and mix other ingredients with salt and pepper. Now combine pomegranate molasses, cinnamon, olive oil, and remaining ingredients to form a paste.

Try this new barbecue recipe that gets prepared in 45 minutes. Brush Aubergine and thread them in a concertina style. Make sure that you pack them tightly. The final step is to cook them on the barbecue for 20 minutes. Cook them until they turn soft and lightly charred. Serve them with yogurt.

4. Grilled Tofu Tacos With Avocado Cashew Cream

It is a great plant-based option for vegans. You would need one pack of extra-firm tofu, olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, minced garlic, onion powder, cumin, pepper, shredded cabbage, honey, white wine vinegar, peeled avocados, water, chopped cilantro, toasted corn tortillas, salt, paprika, and thawed corn.

The first step is to drain tofu on towels. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lime zest, pepper, tofu, and onion powder. Allow the mix to marinate for 30 minutes. In another bowl, mix cabbage, corn, vinegar, lime juice, honey, and salt. Now blend avocado, cilantro, lemon juice until the paste gets thickened. Heat the grill and cook the tofu for 2-3 minutes.

Add this grilled tofu to tortillas and top it with a mix and avocado cream. What’s amazing is you can refrigerate the leftovers.

5. Spicy Thai-Style Grilled Veggie Skewers

It is a perfect side dish for anything. Ingredients you would need are peeled garlic, soy sauce, water, chili garlic sauce, vegetable oil, cilantro leaves, 2 pounds vegetables (scallion, zucchini, peppers).

In a bowl, mix cilantro, chili garlic sauce, water, and pepper to form a thick paste. Apply this mix on the vegetables and toss well. Don’t forget to refrigerate the vegetables for an hour. Now thread the vegetables onto metal skewers and grill the skewers for 15-20 minutes.

Your Thai-style grilled veggie skewers are ready to serve with noodles or rice.
