If you love chocolate and mint, then you will surely love this recipe. What you all need is ½ cup of almonds, 2tbsp almond butter, 1-2 drops of mint extract, 1tbsp of honey, 10-14 large dates pitted, 2tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder, and 3tbsp hemp seeds.

Blend all the ingredients into a food processor and make 15-20 evenly sized balls. You would be surprised to know that one ball of mint chocolate energy bites contains 101 calories, 3g protein, 5g fat, and 1g carbs.


2. A Perfect Lunch Meal in a Jar – Salad Recipe That Takes No Time to Prepare

Take 1tbsp of peanut butter, 4-5 strawberries, two celery sticks, a whole wheat tortilla, and a banana. Spread peanut butter on a tortilla, and place banana at the center of it. Fold the sides of the tortilla and continue to roll it.

5. Cooker Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal


Take steel cut oats, vanilla extract, pumpkin, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and water as ingredients to prepare this delicious vegetarian recipe. Add these ingredients (excluding pumpkin pie spice) into a cooker and stir well.

When you mix, make sure that you mix it in one direction so that no lumps are formed. Put it on the warm setting and let it cook overnight about 6-7 hours.

When it is finished cooking, add the pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract. Let it cook for about 15-20 minutes to thicken it up. Serve warm with chopped pecans.
