1. Cucumber Cups With Feta Cheese

It is a refreshing appetizer and easy to make. Not to mention, these cucumber cups are scrumptious and are a perfect treat for any occasion. To make this mouthwatering snack, you would need 2-3 cucumbers, feta cheese, diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce, and other fruit of your choice.

Slice the cucumber, and with the melon scooper, remove the cucumber flesh. Keep the cucumber cups in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Mix the entire ingredients and fill it in the cucumber cup. Serve it immediately.

This recipe is healthy and nutritional as well. Cucumber is high in nutrients, low in calories, and promotes hydration.

2. Sprouts and Oats Cutlet

There is no doubt that the combination of sprouts and oats would not be healthy. While oats are incredibly nutritious, gluten-free whole grain, and are loaded with antioxidants, minerals, and fiber.

Sprouts, on the other hand, build the immune system, reduce acidity, and offer other health benefits. To make this healthy snack, you would need vegetables (of your choice), oats powder, cottage cheese, oil to shallow fry, cumin, ginger, chilies, and sprouts.

Take a pan and add oil to it. Saute cumin, ginger, and chilies in it. Add vegetables and cook until they become soft. Remove the flame and let it cool. Add cottage cheese, sprouts, and oats powder.

Give it a nice mix and make small balls from it. Flatten the balls and dust with oats powder. In the pan, shallow fry cutlets and until they turn crispy. Serve them hot. Here are other vegetarian recipes that you could try if you are allergic to gluten.

3. Paneer Satay

Paneer not only boosts weight loss but also improves digestion. Consuming paneer in any form is beneficial for health. To make paneer satay, you would need lemon leaves, lemongrass leaf, coconut milk, paneer, coriander, and oil. For the peanut sauce, blend peanuts, coconut milk, red curry paste, red chilies, salt, and coriander.

For satay, mix all the ingredients in a bowl (except paneer). Cut paneer into the desired shape and pour the mix over it. Let it marinate for hours and then grill with oil. When the paneer is cooked, remove it from the grill. Serve this mouth-watering dish with peanut sauce.

4. Chili Lime Chickpeas

It is a lighter and delicious munching snack that could be prepared in 10 minutes. You would need two cans of chickpeas, chili powder, lime juice, salt, grounded cumin, grated lime zest, and extra virgin oil.

Preheat the oven to 400C and spread a baking sheet. Place the chickpeas on the sheet and bake them until they turn crispy. Stir after every 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the left dry ingredients (with oil). After chickpeas turn crispy, drizzle the mixture. To store them for longer, keep them in the fridge.

5. Almond and Oats Energy Bites

Almond is full of fiber, proteins, vitamin E, and manganese. When oats get combined with almonds, then it offers more health benefits. These Almond Energy bites are easy to make and do not need baking. You would need roasted almonds, oats, almond butter, honey, cinnamon, shredded coconut, and dried cranberries.

Finely chop the almonds and mix them with other ingredients. Add honey and almond butter so that ingredients could stick together. Roll the mixture into tight balls and let it refrigerate for a few hours. Store in an airtight container to keep them fresh for a week.
