You would need dry black beans, peeled and diced onion, tomatoes, garlic, vegetable stock, two cups of salsa verde, roasted red peppers, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper for taste. Take an instant pot and add tomatoes, garlic, and rest of the ingredients to it.

Close the lid securely and press sealing on the pot. Adjust the pot for 40 minutes when you press manually. Now press the pressure button and adjust the settings. After a few minutes, turn the vent to venting and wait for steam to release. Remove the lid and stir the mix. Serve it with your favorite toppings. You would need cauliflower, olive oil, chili flakes, minced garlic, lemon zest, chopped and toasted walnuts, 2-3 ounces pasta, chopped Italian parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Pre-heat the oven at 425F. Cut cauliflower into small sizes. Drizzle olive oil and coat them.

Toss cauliflower well along with salt, pepper, lemon zest, garlic, and chili flakes. Spread cauliflower on parchment paper and let it cook for 15-20 minutes. Now, cook pasta and drizzle olive oil. Add minced garlic, lemon zest, toasted walnuts, and cauliflower.

Toss the mix and sprinkle chili flakes. Serve it in bowls.

4. Delicious Celery Soup

Celery soup is creamy and is simple to make. To make this yummy celery soup, take medium-sized chopped onion in a pan. Add olive oil in a pan and let it heat for 2 mins. Cook onion until it turns soft.

Now add, celery, garlic, vegetable stock, and parsley. Simmer it for 30 minutes. Add boiled potatoes and remove the soup from heat. Remove some chopped celery and blend the soup. Add more vegetable stock if needed. Celery is a great source of potassium, folate, and fiber.

5. Pepper and Onion Pizza

It is a crunchy pizza and a perfect dish for those who love eating spicy food. To make this crispy pizza, you would need, all-purpose flour, cornmeal, grated cheddar cheese, thinly sliced onion, red and yellow pepper, jalapeno, olive oil, and kosher salt and pepper.

Heat the oven to 500°F. Shape the pizza dough and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Add cheddar cheese on the pizza top. In the olive oil, toss onion and pepper. Scatter the mix over dough and bake it until it turns brown.
